Russian troops continue to attack the border areas of Kharkiv region using FPV drones. In the Kupiansk district, four local residents were injured due to shelling. People in a car and a cyclist were hit. On Saturday, July 19, the head of the Kharkiv OVA, Oleg Synegubov, reported on Telegram.

According to the regional administration, in the morning in Kupiansk, an enemy drone hit a passenger car. As a result of the explosion, three men aged 45, 59, and 73 were injured. They all received minor injuries; the vehicle itself was also damaged. Another incident occurred in the village of Nechvolodivka in the Kindrashivka community. Around 14:00, during a bike ride, a 42-year-old man was struck by an FPV drone on the road. He was hospitalized with injuries. The authorities of Kharkiv region are urging residents of frontline and border settlements not to delay evacuation, as the situation remains dangerous due to regular enemy attacks.
