The state operator of the rear spoke about sanctions against unscrupulous suppliers.

According to Ukrinform, only 1% of suppliers of the Ministry of Defense's procurement agency 'State Operator of the Rear' are subject to restrictive measures due to breaches of contracts. As of June, there were seven such companies.
“We really have a low percentage of contract non-fulfillment... When talking about unique cases of applying restrictive measures, it is around plus-minus 1%,” explained the deputy head of the commission for the reorganization of the State Enterprise of the Ministry of Defense, Dmytro Bihunets.
Among the reasons that may lead to the application of restrictive measures are non-fulfillment of contracts and the supply of low-quality products or counterfeits. In such cases, companies have the opportunity to settle fines and accept anti-corruption obligations to return to the list of suppliers.
According to the deputy head of the commission, only a very small number of suppliers of the State Operator of the Rear violate contracts. This indicates the effectiveness of the control system and the possibilities for companies to correct their mistakes and return to cooperation with the government.
In Ukraine, only 1% of suppliers have issues with contract fulfillment that lead to restrictive measures from procurement agencies. This indicates the effectiveness of control mechanisms and the willingness of companies to correct their mistakes for further cooperation with the government.
