Frontline situation as of June 6, 2025. General Staff report.


Since the beginning of the day, the enemy has carried out one massive rocket attack and 41 air strikes, using 45 rockets and 77 guided aerial bombs. A total of 1519 kamikaze drones have also been deployed, and more than 4427 shellings of Ukrainian military positions and populated areas have been conducted.
As of 22:00 on June 6, there have been 164 combat clashes. The Ukrainian defense forces are actively resisting the Russian invaders, directing efforts to thwart their offensive and deplete their combat potential, reports the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In the Pokrovsk direction
Throughout the day, the enemy attempted to invade the areas of the settlements Nova Poltavka, Yelizavetivka, Lysyvka, Pokrovsk, and others 56 times. There are currently five combat clashes ongoing.
In the Kursk direction
Over the past day, Russian troops made 30 attempts to advance, executing seven air strikes and dropping 15 guided aerial bombs. There were also 157 artillery shellings of positions and populated areas.
The 1199th day of full-scale war in Ukraine is ongoing.
Data on the intensity of shelling and combat actions in eastern Ukraine has been submitted. The enemy continues to attack the positions of the Ukrainian military, however, the latter successfully resist the attacks and direct efforts to repel the offensives and weaken the opponent.
