Mobilization of HIV and tuberculosis patients. MP Fedienko criticizes new order.

People's Deputy Oleksandr Fedienko announced on social networks that the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine have issued a joint order on the mobilization of persons with health problems, under number 402. He expressed surprise at the motives that the leaders were guided by when making this decision and hinted at the 'absurdity' of this order.
"We are mobilizing people with HIV, open form of tuberculosis, person with a conclusion of the medical board on mental retardation and speech disorders, permanent brain atrophy and other problems," the MP wrote.
Fedienko called on the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Health to review the order and suggests that the staff of these agencies be tasked on the training ground when they do not hear the commander's commands.
Fedienko also stated that the Ukrainian army needs people in various positions, and no one will force women to participate in combat operations against their will.
"Of course, I have met women on the front line in various positions many times, but, for example, the Armed Forces of Ukraine lack financiers," Fedienko noted.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced the launch of the 'Reserve+' online deferment service. This service allows you to defer mobilization. Currently, the service is available to persons with disabilities with a valid pension certificate and for students, graduate students, and doctoral students.
