Medical Examination Immediately at the TCC: Mobilization Rules Changed in Ukraine.

The mobilization rules in Ukraine have changed. According to the publication 'Khvylia', the Cabinet of Ministers has amended the procedure for conscripting citizens for military service during mobilization.
Now, those liable for military service who change their personal data at the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support will immediately be sent for a medical examination.
'This rule has now changed. However, there are no changes regarding the VLK - the medical examination is included in the VLK', she noted.
This means that now, when a man goes to the TCC and SP to update his data, he immediately receives a referral to the VLK. This referral will be issued without an active conclusion from the VLK regarding fitness for service.
Additionally, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that starting from January 28, those liable for military service no longer need to personally visit the territorial center for recruitment and social support to obtain a referral for a medical examination.
Instead, they can use the 'Reserve+' application, through which they can submit an application for an electronic referral. After processing the application, the person will receive a message on their phone with information about which medical institution to contact.
Massive Reform
The implementation of electronic referrals for the military-medical commission is the first step in a broader reform. It is planned that the next step will be the integration of information systems of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
According to the plan, from autumn 2025, those liable for military service, using the 'Reserve+' application, will be able to independently choose a medical institution for the commission, provided that it has a contract with the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSSU).
Earlier, Ukrainians were explained when they could not appear for a summons to undergo the VLK.
