Three people died in a car accident in Vinnytsia region (photo).

On January 23, near the village of Rayhorod in the Haysyn district of Vinnytsia region, there was an accident involving a Mercedes Sprinter minibus and a Skoda passenger car. As a result of the accident, three people died, and another three sustained various injuries. This was reported by the main department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region.

The police are conducting an investigation to determine the causes of the accident. Rescuers freed one of the deceased from the wreckage of the damaged Mercedes.

«We remind you that traffic rules and attentiveness while driving are the keys to safety for everyone,» emphasizes the State Emergency Service.

Recall that on January 16, the police detained a 22-year-old driver of a Mercedes car who hit two girls at a pedestrian crossing in the city center.

Also, in the Haysyn district of Vinnytsia region, a fatal accident occurred on December 25, which resulted in the deaths of four people, while two others were injured.
