Your problems do not concern us: Ukrainians may be left without water due to the conflict of authorities.

A very serious problem with water supply has arisen in Poltava because the regional and city authorities cannot agree on financing the water utility. This may lead to a halt in water supply for more than a quarter of a million people. To solve this problem, about a billion hryvnias need to be allocated, but neither side is willing to take responsibility for this situation.
According to the head of the Union of Consumers of Communal Services, Oleg Popenko, the city authorities do not want to allocate funds to support the enterprise, despite the fact that they receive a share of the income tax from individuals which can be used for communal needs. This irresponsibility has led to a crisis situation reminiscent of what happened in Kryvyi Rih.
'It is absurd when local authorities do not help the enterprise that provides water to their own residents. If a quarter of a million people are left without water, it is a crime. This should be handled by the prosecutor's office and other bodies,' emphasized Popenko.
An expert urged the authorities to understand that they are elected by the people and must act for the benefit of the people, not engage in internal conflicts. A press conference is planned to discuss ways out of the crisis, as the situation in Poltava is very serious and requires immediate action.
Analysis:
The situation with water supply in Poltava is just one example of how irresponsible authorities can worsen the living conditions of residents. Immediate action needs to be taken to avoid catastrophe and ensure adequate water supply in the region.
