'Not indefinite': a lawyer explained how long a search by the TCC can last.

Lawyer Yuriy Aivazyan noted that according to Ukrainian legislation, the duration of a search by the Territorial Center for Recruitment (TCC) is limited. If a conscript violates military registration rules and does not pay the fine on Time, they can be declared wanted. However, to stop the search, the citizen must contact the TCC after the search period has expired.
Ukrainian legislation stipulates that penalties for administrative offenses can be imposed within three months from the date of detection of the violation, but no later than one year from the date of the offense. However, after these deadlines have passed, a person is not automatically removed from the search. The citizen must independently contact the TCC and submit a request for the cancellation of the search after the deadlines expire.
