Russian occupiers launched an attack on Odesa with strike drones
On the night of April 16, Russian occupation forces conducted an attack on the city of Odesa using drones. According to the mayor, Hennadiy Trukhanov, this led to damage to civilian infrastructure, residential buildings, and storage facilities.
The State Emergency Service (SES) reported that fires broke out in several locations - residential buildings caught fire, and warehouse structures were damaged.
According to preliminary reports, three people were injured as a result of the attack. Psychologists from the SES and police worked at the scenes to provide support to the victims.
Photographs that captured the aftermath of the attack indicate significant property destruction and ruined infrastructure. Residents of the city are shocked by this brutal act of aggression and fear further destruction.
