New booking opportunities through 'Diia': who can take advantage.

The 'Diia' portal presents a new opportunity for booking ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs), simplifying the process of submitting necessary documents for businesses and citizens. This has been made possible by optimizing administrative processes, increasing transparency, and reducing the use of paper documents.

Algorithm for booking an employee in 'Diia'

1. Find the 'Booking' service in the business services catalog on the 'Diia' portal.
2. Select the 'Employee Booking' section.
3. Submit an application if your enterprise is included in the 'critical' register.
4. Confirm the applicant's details.
5. On the 'Employee Information' tab, select the 'Submit list of ultimate beneficial owners for booking' field and click 'Next'.
6. If you do not plan to book employees of the enterprise at the same Time, you can skip the next tab. Click 'Next' again.
7. On the 'List of ultimate beneficial owners for booking' tab, select the owners to be booked and click 'Next'.
8. Check and confirm the entered information, sign, and wait. According to the norms of the Order for the booking of conscripts during mobilization and wartime, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine resolution dated January 27, 2023, No. 76, booking is allocated up to 72 hours.

As of December 1, a revised procedure for booking employees who are entitled to deferment from mobilization came into force in Ukraine. This process has become more automated, transparent, and demanding of the criteria that enterprises must meet to retain their 'critical' status.
