Russians struck a high-rise building in Sumy with a ballistic missile.


An incident occurred in Sumy when an enemy ballistic missile hit a residential building. This was reported by the mayor of Sumy, Artem Kobzar.
Kobzar emphasized that this is not the first Time such an event has occurred in the city. He will go to the crash site along with a representative of the Red Cross.

Necessary services are working at the crash site. Efforts to eliminate the consequences of the emergency have been organized at DNZ No. 9, the city council reported.
Recall that after the morning attack by the Russian Federation, a blackout occurred in Odesa, and some areas of the city were left without water supply.
On November 17, Russian occupation forces carried out a mass launch of missiles of various types. According to President Zelensky, Russia launched about 120 missiles and 90 drones, and air defense destroyed more than 140 aerial targets. Ukraine's Minister of Energy Herman Halushchenko reported that Russian terrorists are attacking energy system facilities across the country with missiles.
