Russians struck Sumy: over 70 wounded, including 13 children.


In Sumy, an explosion occurred, which was perceived as a Russian missile strike on the city. There are fires and damaged windows in nearby houses. Several residents have been injured and are receiving assistance. Children are in a shelter and are being evacuated. Rescuers are already extinguishing the fire. Volodymyr Artyukh, the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, noted that several houses and a school were damaged, but the children are safe.

The regional prosecutor's office reported that as a result of the attack, approximately 65 people have been injured, including 14 children. A pre-trial investigation into war crimes has been launched.
According to reports, the missile strike occurred on March 24, 2025, around 14:00 in a densely populated residential area of Sumy.

They also remind that Russian forces attacked Kyiv region on March 19. As a result, houses and people were affected. In Bucha district, one person sustained limb injuries. Fires were extinguished in three townhouses, and nine private houses were damaged. Hospitals in Sumy region were also attacked, but no one was injured.
