In the Halytskyi district, the average price per square meter in new buildings is 2,200-2,700 dollars, while in the secondary market, it ranges from 1,800 to 2,300 dollars per square meter. Apartments in Austrian houses with repairs sell for starting at 140,000 dollars.

Especially popular are 'two-room' apartments up to 60 square meters and apartments for commercial use.

Cheapest Housing in the Central Part

Even in the center of Lviv, there are relatively affordable options. For example, in the Zamarstyniv district, prices for secondary housing range from 1,300 to 1,600 dollars per square meter. There are apartments needing repairs starting from 70,000 dollars and old small-sized apartments from 55,000 dollars.

These properties, although requiring investment, attract people willing to renovate.

Prices for New Buildings in the Center of Lviv

There are not many new buildings in the central part of Lviv, but they have their unique features. For example, housing on Kopernika, Knyazya Romana, and Doroshenka streets starts at 2,500 dollars per square meter, while the premium segment begins at 3,000 dollars per square meter. In new buildings that are still under construction, prices are practically unattainable.

Most offers consist of apartments from 50 square meters with underground parking and designer solutions.

Is It Worth Investing in the Center of Lviv

Experts recommend paying attention to the condition of the building and the possibility of installing individual heating before purchasing housing in the city center. This affects the stability and status of the investment.
