Massive hybrid offensive of Russia: warning from Minister Andrii Sibiga
Foreign Minister Andrii Sibiga warned Europe that Russia is carrying out massive hybrid attacks on countries such as Georgia, Moldova, and Romania. Sibiga noted that Russia is using various hybrid methods to interfere in the internal affairs of these countries and destabilize their situations. This hybrid offensive by Russia extends from Western Europe to the Balkans and the Baltic states.
Sibiga urged the governments and societies of Europe to recognize this situation and unite to counter Russia's influence. He believes that to protect Europe, a number of urgent measures need to be taken, including blocking Russian propaganda, enhancing cybersecurity protection, strengthening the work of police and counterintelligence, and further restricting visa regimes for Russian citizens.
The minister emphasized that Ukraine has experience in countering Russian hybrid threats and is ready to share its knowledge and experience with European partners.
