Musk's cooperation with Trump cost Tesla half of its European sales.

Sharp decline in Tesla sales in Europe
Tesla's electric vehicle sales in Europe sharply fell in April this year due to reputation issues and increasing competition in the market. According to the European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA), only 7,261 Tesla electric vehicles were sold in April, which is a 49% decrease compared to the same period last year.
Many experts believe that the main reasons for such a sharp decline are reputation issues related to the political activities of the company's CEO Elon Musk and his cooperation with US President Donald Trump. In addition, Tesla is facing intensified competition in the market, including from traditional car manufacturers and Chinese companies.
According to data from January to April, Tesla sales in Europe fell by nearly 40% compared to the previous year.
Interestingly, at the same Time as Tesla's sales are declining, the electric vehicle market in Europe is growing - sales of fully electric vehicles overall increased by 34.1% compared to the previous year. European consumers are also increasingly choosing hybrid electric vehicles, while Tesla only sells fully electric models.
