It became known why North Korean military are ready to die in the war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

Most North Korean military personnel who went to Russia to participate in the war against Ukraine have a common motivation – they were taught to sacrifice everything for the supreme leader. This is reported by the edition The Wall Street Journal.
According to the edition, North Korean soldiers are unlikely to change the course of the war in favor of Russia. However, they will provide the Russian dictator Putin with additional forces and become a threat on the front line.
«The deployment of troops will be seen as an opportunity to bring dead money and glory to the Kim Jong-un regime. Those who die receive recognition; those who survive return as heroes», the article notes.
According to The Wall Street Journal, DPRK troops lack modern equipment, and special forces spend most of their Time in agricultural or construction work. However, they are disciplined fighters, ready to take great risks even with minimal equipment.
According to experts, DPRK has the largest special forces unit in the world, numbering about 200,000 people. These fighters receive better food and undergo intensive training in sabotage activities, infrastructure destruction, and enemy elimination.
During training, the military attended daily classes on ideological preparation, where they were taught readiness to die for the supreme leader.
Former South Korean army major general Pang Jong Kwan assumes that due to the language barrier and lack of local knowledge, North Korean military forces will likely be used as infantry.
According to the National Intelligence Service of South Korea, North Korea has already sent approximately 3,000 military personnel to Russia to support Russian occupiers in the war against Ukraine.
As previously reported, North Korea's military reserves allow it to conduct combat operations for three months. DPRK factories are working at maximum capacity to meet the needs of Russia's armed forces in weaponry.
According to sources, Pyongyang has about two hundred enterprises working for the military-industrial complex's needs. Factories produce necessary types of weapons and ammunition, except for fighters. Some of North Korea's military factories are located underground.
