Online Booking Now Available in 'Diia': Who Will Be Eligible.

The Ukrainian government will implement new rules for the booking of military conscripts, which will take effect from December 1. This process will be carried out exclusively through the electronic Diia portal, simplifying the administrative procedure and reducing paper use.
The key changes include the introduction of new criteria for enterprises wishing to book employees. The new requirement is an average salary of at least 20,000 hryvnias and the absence of tax debt. Enterprises must confirm their status as critical until February 28, 2025.
Booking is allowed for a wide range of enterprises and organizations: from government bodies and local self-government to critical enterprises in the energy, food, and utility sectors.
This is particularly relevant for companies with government contracts in the defense sector, international organizations, sports institutions, and technical specialists.
The booking procedure has been fully transitioned to an online format. Company managers can declaratively confirm the salary level of employees when submitting the list on the Diia portal. Applications will be reviewed within three days, and the results will be sent via email.
It is important to note that not all employees are eligible for booking. Different categories have different quotas: from 100 percent to 50 percent booking, depending on the industry and significance of the position.
