In Vinnytsia, heat has been provided to almost 100% of residential buildings.

As of 8 a.m. on October 25, nearly 100% of residential buildings in Vinnytsia are connected to the heating service.
Heat is supplied to over 1210 multi-story buildings. This is reported by the Vinnytsia City Council.
In addition, 74 social infrastructure facilities are currently with heat. The heating service in these facilities is provided based on written requests from their managers.
«Thanks to the coordinated work of all involved services, we can state today that almost the entire housing stock is already with heat. The main work was successfully completed in less than four days. Currently, there are still a few single homes where the heating will be connected shortly. At present, this concerns about ten buildings, and heat will be supplied here after the resolution of some technical issues», – notes Deputy Director of the Department of Urban Economy Ihor Rozborskyi.
Let us remind, Ukraine's energy system enters the winter season «with the highest possible level of readiness», as the planned repairs at Ukraine's power plants were completed on Time. This is reported by The New York Times referring to Ukraine's Minister of Energy Herman Halushchenko.
In one of the interviews, former head of «Ukrenergo» Volodymyr Kudrytskyi claimed that the dispute with the Ministry of Energy was related to the strategy for ensuring energy supply security. The former official advocated for Ukraine to build dozens of small private power plants across the country to make the energy system less vulnerable to terrorist attacks from Russia.
