Strike on the lyceum in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi: The lives of teachers and a manager were cut short due to shelling.

Unfortunately, the Russian shelling of Lyceum No. 1 in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi led to the deaths of three employees who were life-loving and dedicated to their work. Their names are:
- Aurika Kostiantynivna Melnyk (27.10.1973 – 23.06.2025)
- Oleh Fedorovych Herasymenko (08.02.1948 – 23.06.2025)
- Vira Mykolaivna Roschyna (02.05.1965 – 23.06.2025)
„Three lives extinguished prematurely, leaving bright memories in the hearts of colleagues, friends, students, and the entire educational family of Odesa region,” reported the department.

Search and rescue operations in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi
After the attack on the lyceum on June 23, search and rescue operations continued. Among the victims were three people, and another 14 were injured. A total of 74 employees, 16 units of emergency service equipment, dog handlers, firefighters, and volunteers from the Red Cross participated in the rescue work.
The lyceum was almost completely destroyed as a result of the shelling. Fortunately, there were no children there at that time, as summer vacations were ongoing. However, the employees of the lyceum were injured.
Russian attack in Dnipro
On June 24, Dnipro became a target, resulting in many casualties and destruction. This attack caused over 160 injuries and damage to civil infrastructure, including houses, schools, and a train. More than 500 passengers were injured, and five carriages were destroyed.
