It has been explained to Ukrainians why it is better to have paper documents about reservations with them.
People's Deputy Oleksandr Fedienko noted that the system storing reservation data may not work, so it is better to have documents on hand. 'I would advise carrying paper reservation documents with you,' Fedienko wrote.
'There is a high load on #BankID. Therefore, authorization in Reserve+ via BankID may be temporarily unavailable. The standard advice is to save the military document on your smartphone in pdf format. But also have a paper version with you. If you have submitted a request for deferral or referral to the VLK, please wait. If you submitted for re-reservation of your employees and the system malfunctioned, the reservation disappeared, and the new system did not provide it, do not forget about technical support. I was assured that the Ministry of Defense team and BankID are working to address the difficulties,' the deputy explained.
Note that on February 8, there was a malfunction in the 'Reserve+' application due to the high load on the BankID system, which caused authorization problems.
Fedienko also advised saving the military document on your smartphone in pdf format.
As a reminder, the Ministry of Defense will introduce automatic deferment extensions in Reserve+ for several categories.
