In Ukraine, prices for 1-bedroom apartments have significantly changed.


Owners of one-bedroom apartments in many large cities of Ukraine have updated prices for housing.
Over the last 6 months, the most significant price rise was recorded in Rivne - by 10%, to an average cost of 45,000 dollars. However, the biggest price drop was in Sumy - by 15%, to an average cost of 20,000 dollars.
Overall, prices for one-bedroom apartments decreased in the range of 2% to 16%. The largest decline was in Zaporizhzhia - by 13%, in Kharkiv and Dnipro - by 9%.
The cost of one-bedroom apartments also increased in Lviv - by 5% and in Cherkasy - by 6%.
In some cities, prices remained unchanged: Kyiv, Lutsk, Chernivtsi, Khmelnytskyi, Kropyvnytskyi, Mykolaiv, Vinnytsia.
The average price of one-bedroom apartments on the secondary market in Ukraine ranges from 16,000 to 65,000 dollars. The lowest price was recorded in Kherson - on average 16,000 dollars. And the highest price was in Lviv - on average 65,000 dollars.
