Will Bartholomew grant 'tomos' to the Moscow church in Ukraine? Participant in negotiations with the Ecumenical Patriarch revealed details.

The Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew refused to grant the Exarchate of Constantinople to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church UOC MP. This was reported by Yevstratiy (Zorya), the deputy head of the Department of External Church Relations of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine.
Yevstratiy mentioned that Bartholomew rejected such plans during a meeting with Metropolitan Epiphanius of the OCU on the Phanar. Yevstratiy himself was present at this meeting.
At the meeting in Constantinople, we discussed this issue, as it was often discussed at the level of rumors in the press, - said Yevstratiy (Zorya). - The Patriarch clearly, directly and unequivocally said that this is "fake news." That's how he put it in English. He had a very decisive reaction to it as unbelievable information.
Earlier, Mykola Poturaev, the head of the Verkhovna Rada's Committee on Humanitarian and Information Policy, stated that adherents of the Russian Church in Ukraine tried to use the talks about the UOC MP's transition 'under the wing of Constantinople' to delay the adoption of the bill prohibiting religious organizations with centers in an aggressor state.
Currently, a delegation of the Ecumenical Patriarchate is in Ukraine, meeting with the Primate of the OCU Epiphanius and the Head of the UOC MP Onufriy.
