The enemy is trying to establish itself on the right bank of the Oskil - OOTU 'Kharkiv'.

Activity of Russian troops in the Kupiansk direction
In the Dvorichna area in the Kupiansk direction, Russian troops have begun to actively use armored vehicles and buggies for rapid movement between positions to avoid clashes with Ukrainian drones. The operational-tactical group 'Kharkiv' reported this, noting that enemy forces are trying to expand control on the right bank of the Oskil River.
Enemy forces are constantly redeploying their infantry groups to the western right bank of the Oskil River to create a threat to the town of Kupiansk and are trying to establish crossings. In the Vovchansk direction towards Stroiivka, Russian troops are conducting active assault operations to eliminate units of the Ukrainian defense forces, while in Dvorichna, the occupiers are trying to maintain and expand the foothold on the right bank of the Oskil by redeploying infantry groups and actively using motorbike equipment.
'In Vovchansk, there is practically not a single intact building left; if anything remains, it is underground communications - some underground basement rooms where the enemy continues to accumulate its resources,' said the spokesman for the operational-tactical group.
Information also indicates shelling of the town of Vovchansk with heavy artillery and multiple launch rocket systems. Currently, the former town has turned into ruins, but Ukrainian forces are capable of repelling enemy attacks thanks to their own aerial reconnaissance capabilities.
