Residents of Kyiv explained how to submit hot water and heating meter readings.
Ukrainians, despite the martial law, should remember the necessity of timely submission of hot water and heating meter readings, according to the Telegram channel of Kyivenergo.
Note that this must be done in a timely manner, as it affects the calculation for services.
'From December 1st to 5th, readings will not be accepted,' emphasized Kyivenergo.
In particular, readings can be submitted online through:
- personal account on the Community Services Center (CСC) website;
- personal account on the Kyivenergo website;
- the 'Utilities' mobile app (available for download in the App Store or Google Play).

Kyivenergo also emphasized that boiler owners must submit meter readings every month, even if they do not differ from the previous ones.
