DTEK energy workers restored power to more than 48 thousand homes in one day after shelling.


On September 6, DTEK company energy workers restored the power supply to 48.5 thousand families in the Donetsk region, who were deprived of light due to an enemy attack. This was reported by DTEK representatives.
Fierce battles continue in the Donetsk region. Despite this, on September 6, energy workers managed to repair a number of networks and equipment and restore the power supply in 24 settlements that were deprived of light due to shelling.
In total, energy workers provided electricity to 48.5 thousand residents of the Donetsk region.
In some settlements located near the combat zone, DTEK company energy workers have repeatedly restored the power supply even under danger and shelling.
It is worth noting that over the past week, repair crews in the Donetsk region came under fire several times again, resulting in two energy workers being injured.
It should be reminded that in August, DTEK company energy workers restored the power supply to 714 thousand families who were deprived of light due to shelling.
