Behind the wheel is not allowed: drivers are deprived of their rights for evading mobilization.

Ukrainian drivers have lost their rights due to evasion of mobilization. Nine car owners have been deprived of their driving licenses for violating military registration requirements. The most such cases were recorded in the Novograd-Volynskyi district of the Zhytomyr region.
Over the past year, 59 cases have been considered, with the first positive decision made back in January. One of the judges prohibited offenders from driving vehicles until they fulfill military registration requirements.
Drivers will not have the opportunity to drive cars until all requirements are met or until restrictions are lifted.
Since the beginning of this year, more than 17 thousand enforcement proceedings have been registered in the state register of debtors due to violations of military registration. The government takes compliance with laws in this area seriously, which may lead to further restrictions for violators.
Violations of military registration requirements are taken seriously by the government, and drivers who do not comply with these requirements risk losing the opportunity to drive a vehicle. This applies not only to existing drivers but also to those who are just planning to obtain a driver's license. Legislation on this issue is very strict, so it is better to adhere to all requirements to avoid troubles and loss of driving rights.
