President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Keir Starmer met with Ukrainian military personnel who are receiving training in Britain. The office of the President of Ukraine reported this meeting.

Zelensky expressed his gratitude for the training program for Ukrainian military personnel 'Interflex', which started in June 2022 and has already covered 13 countries. 'I am very grateful for the fact that you truly support Ukrainians, Ukrainian soldiers, strengthening our army and helping Ukraine withstand', emphasized the president.

Prime Minister Starmer noted the high level of professionalism and dedication of Ukrainian military personnel involved in training in Great Britain. He also takes pride in his country's role in this training and has prepared about 58 thousand individuals.

During the meeting, the effectiveness of training and the involvement of more Ukrainian defenders in training programs were discussed. Ukrainian military personnel training under 'Interflex' will acquire the necessary skills for further combat missions in their military units upon completion.

The support of Ukraine by Great Britain in the context of military activity and national security defense was also discussed.
