UAF shot down a Russian plane in Donetsk region (video).
On October 5, in the Donetsk region, the defense forces shot down a Russian plane. This was reported by the head of Kostiantynivka CMA Serhii Horbunov. The debris partially fell around the city of Kostiantynivka and into the private sector, damaging several private houses. There are no casualties or injuries.

The head of the CMA does not specify which plane was shot down. However, the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation Andrii Kovalenko stated that it was a Su-34 aircraft.
Recall that on July 23, Ukrainian military shot down a Russian combat aircraft Su-25 in the Pokrovske direction. The plane, together with another Su-25, tried to attack the positions of the Ukrainian defense forces. Also, on July 19, in the Donetsk region, Ukrainian defenders shot down a Russian Su-25 attack aircraft.
