The Kremlin has begun discussing the possibility of a "difficult" dialogue with Ukraine, reports "Khvilya". Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov commented on German Chancellor Olaf Scholz's words about the readiness to communicate with Vladimir Putin. According to Peskov, Putin is open to dialogue on resolving issues in Ukraine and does not shy away from communication.
