Unique Cows Live in the Chernobyl Zone.

Wild Cows in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone
According to the head of the State Agency of Ukraine for the Management of the Exclusion Zone, Hryhoriy Ishchenko, wild cows live in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone that were once domesticated. They reside near the village of Lubyanka, and the third or fourth generation of these animals is already present. Despite the absence of owners, the cows do not stray far from the village due to genetic memory.
Additionally, the nesting of the white-tailed eagle, which is listed in the Red Book, has been observed in the exclusion zone. However, due to the presence of mines left by the occupiers, animals, including Przewalski's horses, face the risk of harm. The head of the State Agency emphasized that there are currently no genetic mutations in the animals in the exclusion zone and the possibility of such a situation is excluded.
Interestingly, the possibility of small nuclear reactors appearing around Chernobyl was previously discussed, which is also an important aspect of researching and studying this unique territory.
