Ukrainians can receive up to 54 thousand UAH in assistance — details.

In July 2025, Ukrainians from the Khmelnytskyi region can receive funds for the expansion and restoration of their business. The assistance program is being implemented with the participation of the public organization 'Podilskyi Centre 'Gender Council' in cooperation with JERU, Welthungerhilfe, and Concern Worldwide.
Conditions of the business assistance program
Both existing entrepreneurs seeking to expand and restore their businesses and newcomers looking to establish their own ventures can apply to the program. Participants need to have plans to start a business in the Khmelnytskyi and Krasyliv communities, have experience in the relevant field, and belong to vulnerable categories such as internally displaced persons, large families, people with disabilities, and others.
Without official business registration, grants of up to 54 thousand UAH can be obtained.
How to apply to participate in the program
To participate in the program, it is necessary to fill out a special form and submit an application by July 28, 2025. The selection will be conducted on a competitive basis, including verification for compliance with criteria, a visit by representatives of the organization, and a decision made by the evaluation committee.
This assistance program is an important opportunity for Ukrainian citizens to take new steps in supporting their businesses or starting a new venture. The terms of participation are quite flexible, and grants can serve as an additional incentive for development.
