A large-scale water supply program will begin in Ukraine: list of regions.

The Government of Ukraine has decided to implement large-scale measures for water supply to the regions.
According to Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, this decision was made during a government meeting, in the wake of the attack on the Kakhovka HPP.
A new program has been introduced in Ukraine that provides for water supply to the territories of nine regions. It is also planned to build a water pipeline "Inhulets - Southern Reservoir".
The government promptly started the construction of this pipeline, and currently, four threads are already operational, allowing thousands of residents of the Dnipropetrovsk region to receive drinking water
However, the Prime Minister emphasized that it is necessary to provide water to residents of other regions as well. For this purpose, a comprehensive water supply program was approved.
This program will cover 9 regions:
- Dnipropetrovsk,
- Kirovohrad,
- Donetsk,
- Zaporizhzhia,
- Luhansk,
- Mykolaiv,
- Odesa,
- Kharkiv;
- Kherson.
According to Shmyhal, the program provides for the construction of water supply systems, reconstruction of hydraulic structures, clearing of riverbeds, and the construction of artesian wells.
By the end of the year, the Mykolaiv region will be fully provided with water. And by 2025, another 2 million Ukrainians in the Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Mykolaiv, Kherson, and Kharkiv regions will gain access to water.
It should be recalled that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed a bill under which soldiers fighting on the territory of Russia will receive payments.
