Departure to Romania complicated — situation on the Odessa-Reni highway.


On Thursday, July 10, there were large traffic jams on the Odessa — Reni highway near the checkpoint 'Orlivka — Isaccea' to Romania. There are also queues at the checkpoint to Moldova, but they are slightly smaller.
According to the mapping web service Google Maps, there are currently no traffic jams near the checkpoint 'Palanca — Mayaky — Udobne'. However, queues have formed on the road to it near the village of Mayaky. A similar pattern is observed at 'Starokozache — Tudora', where traffic is not yet complicated. Overall, the situation at the checkpoint in Reni is favorable; there are no queues there.
Traffic jams to Romania
Near the ferry crossing to the checkpoint 'Orlivka — Isaccea', traffic is very complicated. Several large traffic jams have formed, causing drivers to wait at least two hours. However, there are no slowdowns near the Kofa canal, which will open soon.
The journey from Odessa to Reni will take more than 6 hours.
